Shipping Policy

ALL SHIPMENTS ARE FULLFILLED WITH A TRACKING NUMBER TO FOLLOW YOUR PACKAGE ONLINE.

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from the day the order is placed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery. All customers agree to pay in full for all items before shipment is received.

Please note: tracking information will be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

In order to ensure prompt delivery and maintain internal security standards, we kindly ask that the shipping address provided matches the address specified on the order. Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address due to security reasons. We urge you to carefully review and confirm your shipping address before finalizing your order.

*This does not apply to Made-to-order items. Please allow up to 10 business days until shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS

Customers may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving their order. For a full refund, returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. If there is an error on our part (due to wrong size or damage), please email us at newarcbrand@gmail.com and we will get it sorted out. Thank you for understanding.

We will not accept any items that have been worn, washed, or altered for any reason. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are permitted within 14 days of delivery. Only 1 exchange is permitted. After the exchange all sales are final. All garments must be in original condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To request an exchange, we require an email with what you purchased, order #, item received, and item you want to exchange for. We require item for exchange returned in perfect condition and original packaging.

*Made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
